Take Care of Your Body – It's the Only One You Have
Neglecting your body is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. Often, you don't even realize it until your body breaks down so badly that it no longer listens to you. Once it's gone, the pain and regret can be overwhelming.
Here are some common mistakes and how to avoid them:
1. Overloading Your Body
Stop believing you’re a superhero. Pushing yourself beyond your limits and overloading your body will only lead to exhaustion and breakdown.
Understand your capacity: Do what you can handle, not what others are doing. Just because someone else is carrying a heavy load doesn’t mean you should.
In the beginning, your body might adjust, but eventually, it will say goodbye. Don't let it get to that point.

You are what you eat. Your body needs proper nourishment to stay strong and healthy.

Listen to your body’s needs: Every person is different. Focus on what fuels you, not what’s trendy.
3. Ignoring Rest and Self-Care
Your body needs rest to recover, grow, and function properly. Ignoring this is like ignoring an alarm until it stops working.
