Scrolling through screens late into the night, juggling responsibilities, and dealing with the constant rush of deadlines — it’s no wonder our minds refuse to switch off when we finally hit the bed.

The Burnout After My International Trip

I had the incredible opportunity to attend an international conference — a trip filled with learning, networking, and new experiences. But the moment I got back, reality hit like a truck. Month-end deadlines, backlogs, and my freelance commitments were waiting for me. I had no time to pause, no moment to breathe.

I pushed through, ignoring my body’s pleas for rest. And soon, I found myself trapped in an exhausting cycle — my body craved sleep, but my mind refused to shut down. That’s when I realized: I was dealing with insomnia.
